The Continuing Challenge Hazmat Workshop Cancellation and Refund Policy
Exhibitors requesting cancellation four months prior to start of the Workshop (120 days) will receive a full refund of the amount paid for Exhibitor Booth Space reserved.
- Later cancellations (up to 30 days before the workshop) will be refunded at 25% of the rental fee paid for the assigned spaces. No refunds will be granted after 30 days prior to the Workshop.
Registration fees will be refunded (less a $100 processing and administrative fee) for written cancellation requests postmarked no later than 30 days prior to the Workshop.
- Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made or postmarked after 30 days prior to the Workshop.
- Refunds will not be issued for Workshop no-shows.
- If you are unable to attend and wish to send a substitute, you may do so at no extra charge, if you provide substitutes name and contact information via email prior to 15 days before the Workshop. After that date, substitute must appear in person at the Workshop and request a change.
Please note that if you don’t cancel and don’t attend, you are still responsible for payment.
